Topic: Research on collaborative innovation and trust of transnational virtual teams in the context of Globalization
Abstract: with China one belt, one road initiative, more and more Chinese enterprises are going out. It has become an important way of online collaboration to carry out team collaboration tasks through virtual team collaboration based on Internet. Internet based information transnational virtual collaborative innovation also brings new contents to international team cooperation. Trust is of great significance in the research of virtual team cooperation, and its influencing factors and dynamic development are of great value. This report mainly introduces one belt, one road, the research on the collaborative innovation and trust development of the cross national virtual team and the recent research progress of the report. The report discusses the related contents in the field of trust and collaboration engineering, and introduces the hybrid research methods of behavior science and design science. In addition to elaborating the research foundation of team cooperation and trust, this report will explore the future research direction in combination with the related research of reporter team in the fields of sharing economy, trust, e-commerce, team cooperation, etc.
Personal profile: Cheng Xusen, Professor, doctoral supervisor, School of information, Renmin University of China, distinguished scholar, Renmin University of China; doctor, School of business, Manchester University, UK (2010). The main research interests include: information technology, teamwork and trust research, sharing economy, e-commerce, transnational and cross-cultural information management, etc. At present, 33 SSCI papers, 7 CSSCI papers and 2 English monographs have been published and employed in Journal of management information systems, tourism management, Decision Sciences, information & management and other international journals. In recent one year, two papers were highly cited in the first 1% of ESI, and one was cited 0.1% of ESI. He has presided over three projects of National Natural Science Foundation of China, research start-up fund for returned students of Ministry of education, Beijing Social Science Fund, and Beijing education reform project. He has served as a review expert and special topic chairman of SSCI journals such as JMIS, ICIS, HICSS, ECIS, amcis, Pacis, etc., and senior associate editor (SE), associate editor (AE), editorial board member and guest editor of SSCI journals such as ITP, ITD, ECR, bJet, EM, jgitm, JGIM, etc. He served as the executive director of China information economy society, China Soft Science Research Association, China Management Modernization Research Association e-commerce and cyberspace governance special committee, and China gerontology and Geriatrics Society intelligent medical care Branch. The relevant achievements have won the youth achievement award of the eighth university scientific research outstanding achievement award (HUMANITIES AND SOCIAL SCIENCES), the 2017 Youth Innovation Award of China information economics, the second prize of Beijing teaching achievement award, the second prize of Beijing University Young Teachers' teaching basic skills competition, and the first prize of excellent social research project of young university teachers in Beijing.
