Adhering to the program mission of "create management knowledge, cultivate engineering industry elites, and promote industry progress", the Master of Engineering Management (MEM) program is dedicated to train junior and senior engineering field managers with social responsibility and global vision. To create a MEM program with new engineering spirit, we make full use of the university’s systematic and innovative curriculum and rich social activities to make students access to the cutting-edge engineering knowledge and become innovative talents who are sensitive to multi-industry practices and are good at interpersonal skills, with the ability to analyze and solve problems in a complex engineering environment and the courage to take on future challenges.
Relying on the high-quality education resources of USTB, with more than 130 outstanding teachers and numerous senior practioners from major industries, based on the strategic needs of our country, SEM’s MEM Program gives full play to USTB’s engineering advantages, industrial service platform and international cooperation resources. It implements various teaching activities combining theory with practices. The program focuses on cultivating the students’ application ability, innovation and professional competences in national key emerging industries; and broaden students’ vision and leadership skills in different industries.
